Nigerian Association For Young Adults of Canada Inc. (NAYA) is a non-profit organization registered and incorporated with the Government of Canada.
We are made up of brilliant and passionate young adult Nigerian men and women located across all regions of Canada who care deeply about Nigeria and are committed to bringing opportunities in the diaspora to make positive impacts in the lives of people back home.
We are a non-profit organization that promotes social, economic and political interests of Nigerians in Canada while making positive changes in the lives of Nigerians back home. NAYA is the largest Nigerian Association in Canada and the first to have national affiliations and membership across all regions and provinces of Canada.
NAYA is dedicated to Promoting Socio-Economic Policies in Nigeria that would enhance Nigeria-Canada inter-relationships in ways that would positively impact the lives of ordinary Nigerians in our home country-Nigeria.
NAYA has contributed immensely to the growth and the development of Nigerians in Nigeria and to Nigerians in diaspora.
Amongst the Nigeria sectors that have benefited from NAYA's benevolence are the: Hospitals and Health centres in Health Sector, Educational Sector through the intervention of Book Supplies, Laptops and Computers amongst others.
NAYA is committed to providing Sustainable Platform for Positive Youth Development to strengthen Communities through Humanitarian Services, Education, Social and Political Engagement.
We have demonstrated this through the following programs and activities both in Canada and Nigeria.
Through our quality Healthcare Delivery Programmes, NAYA has donated free Medical Equipment and Supplies worth millions of dollars to hospitals in Nigeria since 2013.
Since 2013, NAYA have been contributing significantly to Nigeria's Educational Sector through this Initiative, by donating thousands textbooks to Rural Schools as well as hundred of free laptop computers to Tertiary Institutions.
NAYA Facilitate scholarships for brilliant Nigerian students in Post-Secondary Institutions in Canada by Assisting and Mentoring young Nigerian graduates to become Permanent Residents of Canada.
